UPDATE
as reported by WGN Chicago, report by Robin Baumgarten | Sept 10, 2014
Police in Seattle made an arrest in a robbery that was caught on video. The video went viral and has people across the country outraged.
The victim is a disabled woman who has cerebral palsy and confined to her wheelchair.
The incident happened last month when the victim and her wheelchair-bound husband were at the local mall together.
The two teens stalked them and stole her tablet.
Once the video aired on local TV, tips poured in.
Police have now arrested a 17-year-old boy with a long criminal history.
The victim says she’s already replaced her stolen tablet and hopes the police can find the other suspect so no one else will be victimized by them again.
