Have you ever wondered how many companions are allowed to ride with an ADA-complementary paratransit passenger? Or how much assistance a bus operator is required to provide to a passenger with a disability when boarding the bus? Or how many service animals a person with a disability can bring on a fixed-route bus? In this session, ESPA staff will discuss questions frequently received on the Americans with Disabilities Act with regard to fixed-route and ADA-complementary paratransit services. Presenters will also have a question and answer period, so come prepared with your ADA questions. To register, please email your name, ZIP code, phone number, email address, organization, and job title to registration@easterseals.com with "FAQ on the ADA" in the subject line. To ask the presenter questions in advance or for general inquiries about the event, please contact us at webinars@easterseals.com and put "FAQ on the ADA" in the subject line.
