Illinois Disability Rights Consortium; webinar April 22nd - Dr. Mary Kay Rizzolo, Co-Author of State of the States Report

Equip for Equality Hosts Disability Rights Consortium Meeting on April 22nd -- Featured Speaker: Dr. Mary Kay Rizzolo, Co-Author of State of the States Report.

The next meeting of the Disability Rights Consortium will take place on Wednesday, April 22nd from 9:30-11:00 at Equip for Equality (20 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 300, Chicago, IL).


Topic: The 10th Edition of the State of the States Report was recently completed and Dr. Rizzolo will be discussing the most recent data, and highlighting where Illinois ranks vis a vis the rest of the country. She will also be discussing the recent study she worked on for people who have moved from Jacksonville Developmental Center in to the community. 


Presenter
Dr. Mary Kay Rizzolo is the Associate Director of the Institute on Disability and Human Development at the University of Illinois at Chicago and co-author of the State of the States Report on Developmental Disabilities, which reviews public spending, revenue and programmatic trends for intellectual/developmental disabilities service in the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the United states as a whole.
