The National Council on Aging (NCOA) webinar will provide an update on the status on implementation of the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Settings rule. It will provide an analysis of state implementation plans submitted to CMS and emerging themes for aging and disability advocates. The webinar will also discuss ongoing opportunities for consumer engagement and available resources and tools for state advocates.
This webinar is being hosted by the Disability and Aging Collaborative, a coalition of national aging and disability organizations working together to advance long-term services and supports policy. Support for this webinar is provided by the Community Living Policy Center (#90RT5026) funded by the Administration on Community Living, National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research (NIDILRR).
