Just received online petition from Access Living (CIL) on the serious situation in Illinois, which will help protect the 10,000 Home Services Program users and the 39,000 Community Care Program users from losing all services. Our Seniors and People with Disabilities in Illinois NEED the services to continue to live an Independent life, in their own homes.
