The U.S. Access Board will hold a hearing on from on its proposed rule updating accessibility requirements for information and communication technology (ICT) covered by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and Section 255 of the Communication Act. The event will provide an opportunity for members of the public to comment on the Board's proposal which was released on February 18.
The hearing will be held at the Board's conference space in downtown Washington, D.C., but participants can attend remotely through a dial-in option and real-time captioning. Registration, however, is not required.
