The Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities would like to take the time to say: THANK YOU!! AccessChicago 2014 was a huge success, largely due to your participation! We appreciate the time you took in attending and connecting with our exhibitors about their services, programs and products.=

Every yea that we have AccessChicago, it provides us the opportunity to improve and upgrade our service to the disability community the next time we host our biennial event! With that effort in mind, please take a moment to complete our brief survey and return it to us as your comments and suggestions can make a big impact and will aid us in our planning efforts for 2016! With 2016 planning underway, we kindly request that you return the survey to us by August 18, 2014.

We greatly and deeply appreciate your patience, your understanding and most of all your attendance! We hope your experience was a positive one and we look forward to seeing you in 2016.
