As part of its mission to fund necessary programs in the State of Illinois and create awareness about life changing illnesses, the Illinois Lottery and the Illinois Department of Public Health will launch the Red Ribbon Cash ticket. It is the nation’s only instant lottery game whose total net proceeds fund education and support programs for people living with HIV/AIDS.
