Access Living is conducting our survey to learn how people with disabilities are being affected by the new Home Service program overtime policy.
If you have not yet participated, you can use this link to do so. Remember, while the policy is a response to the new federal requirement on overtime for domestic workers, it is our State government that was responsible for developing the current overly restrictive policy that is causing stress to many people with disabilities and workers.
Access Living continues to monitor this situation. Remember that if you have questions, call the Home and Community Ombudsmen at (312) 640-2152 or e-mail at ombudsman@accessliving.org.
