Webinar: The Affordable Care Act and the I/DD Community Tuesday, October 15, 2013 2:00 to 3:00 PM EST   The Affordable Care Act's insurance exchanges are now open, and starting this January, many people with pre-existing conditions will have access to affordable private insurance coverage for the first time. This new law brings a lot of big changes, and people still have questions about what this will mean for them. To address that, ASAN has partnered with the Autism NOW National Resource and Information Center to provide an overview of the Affordable Care Act, its impact on your life and advocacy issues connected to it   On Tuesday, October 15th, Autism NOW will be holding a webinar led by ASAN's own Ari Ne'eman to help answer some of the questions you might have about how the Affordable Care Act impacts people with ID/DD.
