The next webinar in the Section 508 Best Practices Webinar Series will take place November 21 from 1:00 to 2:30 (ET) and will provide an overview of the standards-based method used by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to test and evaluate web and software applications. In this session, DHS representatives will outline the agency's "Trusted Tester" approach and explain how responsible staff are trained on using standards-based test and evaluation procedures to ensure consistent and accurate results that can be shared across agencies. Federal agency Section 508 officials, chief information and acquisition officers, and agency policy-makers are encouraged to attend.
