The presentation will include FAQs on operator assistance, service animals, ADA complementary paratransit requirements, and an entire section on the new reasonable modification to policies and practices requirements effective on July 13, 2015 .
Presenters are also accepting questions in advance to be answered following the FAQ portion of the event. The only restriction on the questions is that they pertain to the ADA and transportation.
