Know an Outstanding Caregiver? Nominate Them for Caregiver of the Year!
The American Kidney Fund salutes all those who provide care to people living with kidney disease. Our annual Caregiver of the Year award goes to a special person who is caring for someone who has chronic kidney disease or is on dialysis. Who’s eligible for this award? Friends, loved ones, dialysis social workers, nurses, nephrologists, other renal professionals, and anyone else who makes life better for a kidney patient (or patients) by providing compassionate, devoted care.
Honor an amazing caregiver by nominating them for this award. Simply complete a nomination form online. The person who is selected as the Caregiver of the Year will be honored at our annual gala, The Hope Affair, on September 30, 2015, in Washington, D.C. The Hope Affair celebrates the people who inspire us in the fight against kidney disease.
