Americans with Disabilities Act Circular – 4 new proposed chapters -- Federal Transit Administration -- comment period til April 2014

The Federal Transit Administration is seeking comments on the proposed four chapters of the Americans with Disabilities Act Circular announced in the Federal Register on February 19.

The Circular is intended to help transit providers meet the requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation’s ADA regulations.

The four proposed chapters, along with the Federal Register notice (below), can be accessed on FTA’s website at http://www.fta.dot.gov/legislation_law/12349_15846.html.

We encourage you to submit comments on the chapters by visiting: www.regulations.gov. Enter Docket No. “FTA-2014-0003” in the search field. The comment period will remain open for 60 days.
