Many thanks to the hundreds of stakeholders who participated in the Illinois Medicaid 1115 Waiver Stakeholder process both in-person and via webinar. We're very pleased with the extraordinary interest this stakeholder process has generated in Illinois' 1115 Waiver application.

HMPRG would also like to thank the approximately 100 organizations and individuals who submitted written comments during the first round of stakeholder engagement. The comments were summarized and used by Health Management Associates and the State to inform the draft application. Written comments have been made available here.

The January 10 stakeholder engagement webinar can be accessed here. Due to technical difficulties at the beginning of the webinar, content pertinent to the 1115 waiver begins at about 23:45 on the webinar. We again apologize for the inconvenience, but are glad that ultimately, the webinar allowed for many stakeholders' questions to be answered and for meaningful dialogue about the 1115 waiver.

HMPRG is committed to ensuring that stakeholder input continues to be taken into account for the 1115 waiver application. We are happy that so many of you have offered your valuable input and experience to help impact and shape the State's application. We share your commitment to improving Illinois Medicaid to better meet the health and healthcare needs of Illinois' residents.
