The CTA Board of Directors at the Aug. 14, 2013 meeting, approved for the Quincy and Wells L Station of station upgrades, and for 2 Elevators to be installed to allow for Accessibility at the station. The work tentatively is to start in 2014 and is estimated to be a 2 year project. The Quincy and Wells L Station is the closest to Union Station, and The Willis Tower. When completed there will be 4 Accessible L Stations in the downtown area, with plans for rehabbing the L Stations, with elevators on Wabash being planned. This is great news for the many that have advocated for accessible transportation for so many years.

Elevator access can rely on upon the client's order, the season of day, which elevator is being drawn nearer, and the equipped condition of an office. What's more, changes to the status of a zone can either make lift stipend access to a story, or reason the lift to deny access. By utilizing one or a greater amount of these qualities, you can make lift access control strategies that are to a great degree adaptable and secure. By utilizing a lift access control framework, you can isolate the overall population and unapproved clients, from clients, from approved clients.
