as a person who uses a wheelchair for mobility, (in Chicago) it was easier when I rode a motorcycle in rush hour traffic; then having large groups of people taking up a whole sidewalk, then stopping with no concern for others around them, people exiting buildings, stores, etc. with no concern that people are on the sidewalk; bicycle riders riding on sidewalks (against the law in Chicago) or riding thru crosswalks or going thru a red light or stop sign or riding on the street and then getting on the sidewalk at the curbcut; people on cell phones in there cars or riding a bicycle or walking and ignoring all around; AND people 'texting' while walking or riding a bicycle or driving and ignoring the world around them...
