On Saturday July 27, 2013, we will come together at Madison’s first Disability Pride Festival to share our talents, skills, arts, energy, and pride in being who we are. Disability Pride Madison builds on a long tradition of disability pride celebrations around the world. Our theme for this year is “Forward to possibility.”

We are a group of people with various types of disabilities and some without, of diverse identities and beliefs, who share a passion for promoting disability pride.
Our Mission
Create and support a cross-disability community
Celebrate pride in who we are as part of a diverse world that includes people with and without disabilities
Promote positive engagement of people with disabilities in our broader community
