Mobility Cup is Canada's international regatta for sailors with disabilities. This footage is from the 2006 event, held in Vancouver, BC - which again hosts the regatta Sept. 13 - 17, 2010. (Info: www.mobilitycup2010.org.) Sailing allows people with disabilities to enjoy complete independence and freedom, whether as a recreational activity or a competitive high performance endeavor, thanks to assistive technology. It is now one of the fastest-growing sports for people with disabilities.
