A government study released Oct. 5 put the number of U.S. kids with autism at 1 in 91. That's down from 1 in 150 just two years ago and continues the sharp rise in autism rates that began in the 1990s. Chicago Parent goes inside the numbers and takes a look at life on the spectrum.
