The Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities (MOPD) will host its annual Transition Summit for students with disabilities who attend the Chicago City Colleges and graduating seniors from the Chicago Public Schools on Saturday, April 30th at the MOPD Field Office, 2102 W. Ogden, Chicago. Pre-registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the program will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
