I live in Iowa City and at our last Ci...Thank you. I live in Iowa City and at our last City Council Meeting, a spokesman for the disabled in IC told the Council that "curb cuts could wait." Never mind that he himself was wheel-chair bound, he did not think that others who suffer the same fate or who have joint problems needed to cross street and regain the pavement.<br /><br />The Council seemed to validate him, and this has pissed me off.
